Each session will start with a Warm Up (10 min), followed by a Strength Focus (20 min), followed by a Circuit (20 min) and finishing with a Cool Down / Stretches (10 min).
On average our clients burn between 400-500 calories per session.

After every session, you should see an increase in your strength, fitness and mobility. As well as an improvement in your mood, sleep quality and overall sense of wellbeing.
After 6 sessions, you should see an increase in strength across all major muscle groups.
After 12 sessions, you should see some changes in your physical appearance including increased muscle size and improvement in muscle tone/shape.

Functional fitness is quite simply training in the way your body was designed to move. Instead of using machines (which guide your movement), we teach you how to build both strength and stability across the 7 key movement patterns (Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Hinge, Rotate & Carry).
We believe it's the fastest and most effective way to build a strong, lean and mobile physique and stay injury free.
It also happens to be the same approach that elite level athletes use to stay in the best possible shape all year round.
