Uta is a BANT Registered Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, Lecturer and Writer as well as the in-house nutritionist at one of the largest fertility clinics in the South East of England.

She’s trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and is passionate about supporting people not only with their health but their relationship with food. 

Over the years, Uta has helped hundreds of busy people to sustainably change their eating habits for good. This has provided her with a deep insight into the daily challenges people face and how misled we have become when it comes to proper nutrition.

1x 90-minute initial consultation.
This is a deep dive into your health, medical history, lifestyle and current eating habits.

1/2 day spent on forming your personalised plan.
Based on the root cause of your health concerns. Including nutrition recommendations, recipes (likes and dislikes), shopping lists, supplements, resources and lifestyle adjustments.

1x 60-minute follow-up call.
